Jim Kerrigan is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with extensive leadership experience in sales and marketing. Over his 30-year pharmaceutical career, he has built a proven record of revitalizing mature products, as well as introducing novel therapies to the market. Jim’s past responsibilities includes the launch, management and strategy of numerous highly successful pharmaceuticals. He has broad therapeutic experience including immunology, infectious disease, cardiology, oncology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neonatology, nephrology, and addiction medicine. Jim led global commercial view of assets and opportunities through the governance process as Leader of Global Brand Teams, Co-Chair of Product Development Committees and Business Development Commercialization Committees. He led clinical and commercial global teams to develop TPPs, clinical study design, endpoints and outcomes to support target indications in the areas of nephrology, endocrinology, cardiology, infectious disease, and rheumatology.

Gary W. Jay, MD, has worked in pain medicine since 1980. For the first 25 years of his career, he was a private practitioner running a tertiary care interdisciplinary pain center and worked with pharmaceutical companies as a consultant part-time. Since 2005, he has been a full-time consultant. Dr. Jay was one of the original founding members of the American Academy of Algology, now the American Academy of Pain Medicine, and helped to develop the subspecialty of pain medicine. He has multiple certifications including pain, neurorehabilitation, and forensic medicine. He has published 5 textbooks and more than 120 peer-reviewed articles as well as authored 40+ medical textbook chapters. He has lectured nationally and internationally for more than 30 years. At Pfizer, in New London, Connecticut, his position was clinical disease area expert–pain. He then became executive vice president and chief medical officer of Archimedes Pharma in Bedminster, New Jersey. He is currently a Clinical Professor, Dept of Neurology at the University of North Carolina, running the Headache and Pain Division.

Bill is a senior pharmaceutical executive with over 35 years of experience in preclinical and clinical drug development, pharmaceutical operations, project management, and regulatory affairs. His therapeutic experience includes GI, diabetes, central nervous system disorders (both psychiatry and neurology), acute and chronic pain, cardiovascular, oncology, asthma/allergy, immunology, osteoporosis, and ophthalmology. Bill has led drug development across multiple phases, from pre-IND candidate selection to NDA filing and post-marketing activities. He has successfully authored multiple INDs and IMPDs to allow first-in-human trials. He has also authored over 50 peer-reviewed publications and over 80 abstracts. Bill attended the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a PhD in Pharmacology. He has held positions with major pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, and the FDA.
